A gentle space to slow down and reconnect. We’ll start by sipping on a nourishing herbal tea together, giving ourselves a moment to land, breathe, and take in the plant medicine. From there, we’ll move into a soft and intuitive flow—nothing fancy or fast, just time to stretch, move what needs moving, and come back to ourselves.
