As we dive deeper into the season of fall we will gather to nurture the “letting go” that is taking place all around & within us. We will move through a series of yoga asanas to gently loosen up stagnant energy. The Reiki infused sound bath will nurture and recalibrate your energy centers promoting peace & relaxation. It’s like a whole body tune up.
