Come in exactly as you are! Ground and Flow is a community yoga class- a space to breath,move and reconnect to yourself,the earth and each other. Through gentle movement and our breath we’ll release what we’re carrying and ground into our strength. No experience needed,come stretch,rest or simply to just be in community, this space is for you!
