About the event
Step into a heart-centered space for connection, movement, and flower medicine. In this workshop, we’ll gather in circle to explore gentle movement practices that help us reconnect with our bodies, release tension, and honor our personal rhythms.
We’ll weave in flower medicine — learning about the energy, symbolism, and support that flowers can offer — and use this as a guide for reflection, self-care, and grounding. Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own bouquet to take home,for their altares..as a living reminder of their presence, care, and the intention they cultivated during our time together.
This workshop is a slow, nurturing space to tend to yourself, explore creativity, and celebrate the cycles of growth and renewal in your life.
