In these times of social media and screens, we need real-life connection — eye contact, shared space, real conversation. this is communiTEA: a casual, heart-centered tea meditation where we gather to breathe, sip, and simply be together.

humans have always been community-based creatures, and showing up for one another like this is medicine. it’s an act of resistance to the forces that try to keep us apart.

this gathering is donation-based. monetary contributions help sustain this work, but they’re not the only form of exchange we welcome — we also invite homegrown herbs, fruits, flowers, or handmade goods shared from the heart. come as you are, bring your cup, and let’s reconnect in circle.
